Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for an inpatient rehab and outpatient blend position, with Epic EMR proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Blend of inpatient acute/inpatient rehab (Sundays and Mondays) and outpatient (Tuesdays through Thursdays)
• Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 13-week contract
• All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in assignment termination
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Minimal RTO is strongly preferred; extensive time-off requests may impact the hiring process
• All RTO and scheduling requests must be established upfront, as post-offer requests may be denied

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient PT settings required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Current PT license required if applicable
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting required for consideration
• Spanish-speaking skills preferred
