Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at a Level III Trauma acute care hospital, with a minimum of 1 year of IR experience required.

Details

• Short-term acute care hospital setting within an Interventional Radiology unit
• Level III Trauma facility with 244 staffed beds
• Daily caseload of 15 cases per technologist
• 4x10 hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Call required 2 nights per week with a 30-minute callback requirement
• Every 3rd weekend call required
• Charting system: Cerner McKesson and Cerner

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience required
• State license required if applicable; pending license accepted but must be active prior to start
• Current BLS certification required
• Ability to maintain a sterile environment while assisting radiologists in minimally invasive procedures
• Experience with Cerner McKesson and/or Cerner preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
