Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer for a 13-week assignment in a non-interventional cardiology unit, requiring 1-3 years of echocardiography experience and RDMS certification.

Responsibilities

• Non-interventional cardiology unit in an acute care hospital setting
• 4x10-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with various weekdays — flexibility required
• Routine call included as part of the schedule
• 13-week contract
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• RTO requests must be less than one week in duration
• Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years will not be considered
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Requirements

• 1-3 years of recent experience in echocardiography or cardiac sonography required
• RDMS and BLS required
• RDCS or RCS preferred
• No certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the start date
• License required if applicable
