Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Pulmonary/Thoracic Telemetry unit in Atlanta, GA, requiring an active GA or Compact RN license and a minimum of 18 months of experience.

Details

  • Position is located in a Pulmonary/Thoracic unit (8E) within a hospital setting
  • 13-week contract
  • Day shift, 12-hour shifts

Requirements

  • Active GA or Compact RN license currently in hand
  • Minimum 18 months of RN experience required
  • Telemetry (TELE) specialty experience required

Additional Information

  • Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
  • Former permanent staff of Emory or Houston facilities must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required
  • RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract; if RTO falls on or near a holiday, the maximum is reduced to 3 days
  • Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract, and RTO must be spread out — consecutive days around holidays will not be approved
