Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RNFA for a 13-week travel contract requiring strong orthopedic and robotic surgical experience in New Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Hospital operating room setting
• RNFA role encompassing both first assist and circulator responsibilities
• Call responsibilities are limited to first assist duties
• Strong orthopedic surgical caseload; robotic surgery cases included
• C-section cases may be part of the caseload
• Day shift, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, scheduled as either 5x8-hour or 4x10-hour shifts
• Candidate must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Provides first assist and circulator coverage in the OR
• On-call responsibilities are for first assist only

Requirements

• Active NM or Compact RN license required
• RNFA certification required
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Strong orthopedic surgical experience required
• Robotic surgical experience required
• C-section experience preferred
• Two professional references required for consideration
