- Scrubs are provided by the facility
- If placed on call, a 30-minute response time is required
- RNs are responsible for the full continuum of LDRP care, including labor support, delivery, postpartum, and C-section circulation
- The 'Baby Catcher' (NRP) role may be assigned for an entire shift and is filled by either L&D or NICU staff depending on availability
- Bedside shift report is standard practice on this unit
- A charge nurse/house supervisor is generally available and does not take a patient assignment but will provide break relief
- Candidates must pass the Relias Dysrhythmia exam before an offer can be confirmed; contact your recruiter to arrange the exam

- Overtime and extra shifts are available
