Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Float Pool Telemetry position requiring at least 2 years of RN experience and Epic proficiency for a 13-week night shift contract in Rocky Mount, NC.

Responsibilities

• Float pool position rotating between the Med/Surg Telemetry Unit (MTSU), Cardiopulmonary Step-Down Unit (CPSU), Special Progressive Care Unit, and Cardiac Observation Unit
• Telemetry and cardiac patient population, including patients requiring cardiac and insulin drips
• Night shift, 12-hour shifts
• 13-week contract
• Candidates must currently reside 50 or more miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Ability to float between multiple cardiac and progressive care units is required

Requirements

• Active NC or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• Cardiac drip and insulin drip experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of employment within the last 3 years required for consideration
• SSN required for consideration
