Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel MRI Technologist with 2+ years of experience and ARRT (MR) certification for a 13-week contract at a hospital in Plantation, FL.

Details

• MRI department in a 250-bed acute care hospital
• High-volume unit operating with a single GE 1.5T magnet
• High acuity patient population
• Performs general MRI scanning
• Meditech EMR system
• 12-hour shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Friday through Sunday
• No call requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience, with active experience within the last 6 months
• ARRT (MR) certification required
• Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of the start date)
• License required if applicable
• US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• Two professional references required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible
• Position is located on the first floor of the main hospital building
