Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a MA RN license, with night shift scheduling and key L&D certifications including ACLS, BLS, and NRP.

Details

• 15-bed inpatient Labor & Delivery unit at a hospital setting
• Couplet care model with infants rooming in with mothers; newborn nursery available for infants requiring additional care
• Patient population includes adults and neonates
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Every other weekend coverage required
• Omnicell medication dispensing system used
• SBAR communication framework used on the unit

Requirements

• Active MA RN license required
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Beginner
• AWHONN Intermediate or Advanced certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of L&D RN experience required
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
