Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Intermediate Care (IMC) position requiring ACLS and BLS certifications, with the ability to float to Telemetry and Med-Surg units as needed.

Details

• Hospital Intermediate Care Unit (IMC) setting
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Floating to Telemetry and Med-Surg units required as needed (patient ratios on float units are 1:5–1:6)
• Every other weekend required, with scheduling direction based on operational need
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active MD or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Must successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a score of 100% on lethal rhythms
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
