Description

American Traveler is hiring a first-time-traveler-friendly RN for an Operating Room position at an acute care facility in Santa Rosa, CA, requiring Epic proficiency and a valid CA RN license.

Details

Position is based in the Operating Room of an acute care facility
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Some variable shifts may be required
Floating between all facilities within California is expected and required

Requirements

Active CA RN license required; pending CA license accepted
Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience required
Epic EMR experience required
At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply
RTO is limited to no more than 7 days for the duration of the assignment; all RTO requests must be submitted upfront prior to offer
Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
Refusal to float between facilities may result in termination of the assignment
Scrubs or business casual attire are acceptable
