Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with outpatient experience for a 13-week travel contract, with a preference for candidates who also have inpatient or subacute experience.

Details

• Outpatient physical therapy setting
• Primary patient population is orthopedic, with additional exposure to geriatric, pediatric, and vestibular patients
• Day shift schedule: Monday–Friday, 5x8 hours (8:00–16:30)
• No call, weekend, float, or holiday requirements
• Charts using Redoc EMR

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Outpatient experience required; candidates with additional inpatient or subacute experience strongly preferred
• Active PT license required; pending license may be accepted if active by start date
• Current BLS certification required
• Candidates must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
