Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist II with 2+ years of experience and C-Arm fluoroscopy skills for a Pain Management clinic in South Weymouth, MA.

Details

• Outpatient pain management center located in South Weymouth, MA
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Procedures include diagnostic X-ray and fluoroscopy-guided pain management interventions using a C-Arm
• EMR: Epic (charting experience required)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technologist
• C-Arm fluoroscopy experience required
• Active MA Radiology Technologist license required at time of consideration — no pending licenses accepted
• BLS certification required (AHA-issued only)
• License required if applicable

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include determining appropriate radiographic technique based on anatomy and patient condition, preparing and positioning patients for diagnostic procedures, and recording digital images for radiologist interpretation
• May assist Radiology Technologist students and new staff with radiologic exams, sterile technique, and supply stocking
• Radiation protection and safety standards must be maintained at all times
• Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted
• 2 professional references required for consideration
• Candidates residing within 60 miles of Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston are considered local and subject to a reduced pay rate
