Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist for a Diagnostic Imaging position requiring at least 2-3 years of experience, MT state licensure, and proficiency with fluoroscopy and C-arm equipment.

Details

• 192-bed acute care hospital setting
• Diagnostic Imaging unit serving outpatient, inpatient, and ER patient populations
• 4x10-hour evening shifts, 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM
• Weekend call approximately every 4-6 weeks and weeknight call approximately once every 1-2 weeks
• May float to Pain Clinic, outpatient imaging, and surgery as needed
• Uses XR equipment, C-arms, O-arm, and portable units
• Meditech EMR in use
• PYXIS system used for select non-narcotic medications
• Schedule posted on a monthly basis
• Holiday coverage required as scheduled

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of Radiology Technologist experience
• MT state license required if applicable
• ARRT (R) certification required
• BLS required
• Proficiency with fluoroscopy and C-arm equipment required; O-arm and 3D C-arm experience preferred
• Last 4 digits of SSN and DOB required for consideration

• Must be willing to assist with any type of case as needed — adaptability and a team-first attitude are essential
• A Radiology nurse is available as a resource, and a Lead Tech provides departmental oversight
• A nurse accompanies patients who require monitoring
• Minimal facility and unit orientation provided
• Up to 7 days of RTO may be approved with a willingness to extend the contract to accommodate
• Scrubs of any color are acceptable
• On-campus parking is available at no cost
