Requirements

Active Indiana PT license required; candidates may start with a compact license but must obtain full Indiana state licensure during the assignment
Experience with InSync EMR preferred
1 professional reference required for consideration
SSN required for consideration
License required if applicable

Additional Information

Candidates who have previously worked at this facility in a PRN or permanent capacity must have been separated for at least 1 calendar year to be eligible as a traveler
