Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for a Telemetry/Med-Surg unit specializing in pulmonary patients, requiring a valid TN or compact RN license and at least 1 year of experience.

Details

Position is located within a Telemetry Nursing Unit at an acute care hospital
Pulmonary-focused floor treating patients with diagnoses including pneumonia, COPD, sleep apnea, and general medical/telemetry conditions
Night shift schedule: 18:45–07:15
13-week contract

Requirements

Active RN license in Tennessee (TN) or a compact RN license currently in hand
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
Current BLS certification (AHA only)
Current NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
Valid US Social Security Number and US home address required
Two professional references required for consideration
Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
Skills checklist required for consideration

Additional Information

Provides nursing care to pulmonary patients including those with pneumonia, COPD, sleep apnea, and telemetry monitoring needs
Local candidates are accepted; however, candidates residing within the facility's radius may be eligible at a reduced pay rate only — contact your recruiter for details
COVID vaccination is not required for this position
