Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Medical/Surgical unit position requiring a TN or Compact RN license and night shift availability.

Details

• Work in a 36-bed Medical/Surgical unit (7E) within a hospital setting
• Adult and geriatric patient population, ages 18 and older
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6
• Staffing team includes RNs, LPNs, PCTs, and Nurse Interns; the RN assumes full responsibility for all patients on their team
• Night shift schedule: 18:45–07:15
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active TN or Compact RN license required
• BLS certification required (must be AHA-issued)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Must pass a rhythm test prior to assignment start
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of driver's license required for consideration
