Description

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at a critical access hospital, working 4x10-hour day shifts Monday through Thursday with block scheduling and Epic EMR experience required.

Details

Critical access hospital setting with 23 staffed beds
MRI department with no floating between units
4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Weekends and on-call are not required
Block scheduling is required
Patient-to-technologist ratio of 1:1
Epic EMR is used

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience required
Epic EMR experience required
Relevant MRI certifications required (license required if applicable)
At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment
Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
RTO is expected to be minimal; requests should be disclosed upfront, as post-offer schedule changes may be denied
Scrubs may be any color; OR/L&D scrubs are provided by the facility
No parking fee at this facility
First-time travelers will be considered for this position
