Description
American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at a critical access hospital, working 4x10-hour day shifts Monday through Thursday with block scheduling and Epic EMR experience required.
Details
- Critical access hospital setting with 23 staffed beds
- MRI department with no floating between units
- 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Weekends and on-call are not required
- Block scheduling is required
- Patient-to-technologist ratio of 1:1
- Epic EMR is used
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience required
- Epic EMR experience required
- Relevant MRI certifications required (license required if applicable)
- At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
Additional Information
- Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment
- Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
- RTO is expected to be minimal; requests should be disclosed upfront, as post-offer schedule changes may be denied
- Scrubs may be any color; OR/L&D scrubs are provided by the facility
- No parking fee at this facility
- First-time travelers will be considered for this position
