Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology position in New Hampshire, requiring ACLS certification and recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience.

Details

  • Work within a hospital Radiology Department serving both inpatient and outpatient populations
  • Covers multiple imaging modalities including Diagnostic Radiology, Fluoroscopy, CT, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, and MRI
  • Two shift options available: Days 8:00 AM–6:30 PM (Tue–Fri) or Days 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri)

Requirements

  • Active NH or Compact RN license currently in hand
  • Current certifications: BLS and ACLS required
  • Interventional Radiology (IR) experience strongly preferred
  • Radiology nursing experience preferred; critical care experience preferred
  • Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Two manager references required for consideration

Additional Information

  • Deliver nursing care to patients undergoing radiologic procedures, ensuring safety and comfort throughout
  • Assist in administering sedation while closely monitoring patient responses and vital signs
  • Respond to emergency situations including contrast reactions and procedural complications
  • Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position
