Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 2+ years of experience and ARRT certification for an outpatient imaging center role in New York City.

Details

Outpatient imaging center setting located in lower Manhattan, situated within the same building as a freestanding ED, medical offices, and an ambulatory surgery center
Primary adult patient population with occasional pediatric cases
Cardiac MRI procedures performed
GE 1.5T scanner used
EMR systems include Epic and Carestream
Evening shift: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience required
ARRT R.T.(R)(MR) certification required
Current NYS DOH Radiologic Technologist License required if applicable
New York Injection License required
AHA BLS required
Two professional references from previous managers required for consideration

Additional Information

Any color scrubs are acceptable
Candidates living within 60 miles of the facility are eligible to apply
Travelers with prior work history at any Northwell or Nuvance Health location may be subject to an extended review process to determine eligibility to return
Only AHA-issued BLS certifications are accepted; if any certifications are expiring during the assignment, renewal receipts or scheduled course dates will be needed
