Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position in Ohio, requiring a minimum of 2 years of PCU experience and Epic proficiency.

Details

Progressive Care Unit (PCU) within a hospital setting
Estimated patient ratio of 1:3
Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Weekday and some weekend shifts required
Rotating holiday coverage required
Floating required within units of equivalent or lower acuity level
Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

Active OH RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of PCU experience required
Proficiency with IV insertion and telemetry monitoring required
Epic EMR experience required
Previous travel nursing experience preferred

Additional Information

13-week contract
No mandatory break between assignments is required when changing representation for this facility (except for Sterile Processing Techs, who still require a 30-day break)
2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
All time-off or scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
