Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a travel contract at a Critical Access Hospital in Wisconsin, primarily circulating for orthopedic, general, podiatry, and cataract surgery cases.

Details

Critical Access Hospital setting with 4 operating rooms
Primary role is Circulating RN, with some recovery care responsibilities
Case mix includes orthopedic, general, podiatry, and cataract surgeries
Day shift with staggered start times after 6:00 AM
Shared call required approximately 5–6 days per month, with a 20-minute response time
12-week contract

Requirements

Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
Minimum 5 years of OR nursing experience required
OR circulator experience required

Additional Information

Primary responsibilities include circulating in the OR across a variety of surgical specialties, with some post-operative recovery care
DOB and SSN may be required for consideration
