Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at a Level III Trauma, Short Term Acute Care hospital, with a minimum of 1 year of experience required.

Details

• Works in an Interventional Radiology unit at a 244-bed, short-term acute care hospital designated as a Level III Trauma Center
• Daily caseload of approximately 15 cases per tech
• Day shift, 5x8 hours, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Call required 2 nights per week with a 30-minute callback requirement
• Every 3rd weekend required
• Charting in Cerner McKesson and Cerner

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Interventional Radiology experience required
• State license required if applicable; pending license accepted but must be active prior to start
• BLS required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include maintaining a sterile environment while assisting radiologists in minimally invasive procedures
• Rotates call with team members
