Description

American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a cardiac IR unit, requiring ARRT registry in radiography and an active Illinois license through IEMA.

Details

• Work in an Interventional Radiology unit at an acute care hospital
• Day shifts, 4x10 hours, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Weekend work is required
• On-call is required
• Float assignments to different units or facilities may be required at the manager's request

Requirements

• Active Illinois license through IEMA required; license must be in hand — no emergency or pending licensure will be considered
• ARRT registry in radiography required
• BLS certification through AHA required
• Graduate of an accredited radiography program required
• Advanced certification in Vascular Interventional Radiology preferred
• 1–3 years of Interventional Imaging experience preferred
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• License required if applicable
• Two references required for consideration, including at least one from a Supervisor, Manager, or Charge RN within the past year
• All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission

• Candidates living within 75 miles of the facility may be considered at a local pay rate
• Vaccination status must be provided for consideration
