Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a Home Health position in Medford, OR and surrounding areas, requiring at least 1 year of skilled home health experience and Epic/OASIS proficiency.

Details

  • Home health setting serving Medford, OR and surrounding areas
  • 8-hour day shifts, 5 days per week (4x10 and 3x12 schedules are not available)
  • Patient visits up to 6 patients per day with a standard productivity expectation of 30 points
  • 1:1 patient care model
  • Charting via Epic and OASIS
  • No weekend or on-call requirements
  • Travelers are expected to float between all facilities within the state

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of skilled home health PT experience required
  • BLS certification required
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • OASIS experience required
  • Reliable personal transportation required
  • COVID-19 primary vaccination series plus at least one booster required
  • License required if applicable
  • Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting

Additional Information

  • First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
  • Local candidates within a 50–75 mile radius are accepted at the same rate
  • Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the submitting facility
  • Candidates with a pending license will be considered
  • Any requested time off should be disclosed upfront, as post-offer RTO requests may be denied
  • The scheduling system groups patient visits to minimize drive time, though occasional travel of 50+ miles may be required
  • Any color scrubs are acceptable
  • Free parking available
