Description

American Traveler is seeking a travel Physical Therapist with 1+ year of orthopedic experience for an outpatient therapy position in Lafayette, IN, working Monday–Friday days.

Details

Outpatient therapy setting located within a YMCA facility
Orthopedic and neurological patient population, including post-op, sports medicine injuries, overuse injuries, and low back pain
Monday–Friday schedule, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; no weekend or on-call shifts
No float requirements
EMR: Epic

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of recent experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
Strong proficiency in general orthopedics, including post-op patients, sports medicine, overuse injuries, and low back pain
Active Indiana PT license required (license required if applicable)
US SSN required for consideration
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

Preferred experience with therapeutic modalities such as soft tissue mobilization and taping techniques
Patient population also includes neurological cases in addition to orthopedic
High-energy, team-oriented personality preferred
Dark gray scrubs required; full dress code policy must be followed
Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but may be considered at a reduced rate
24-week contract
