American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week assignment at a 36-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital in El Paso, TX.

Details

• Day shift position, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 13-week travel contract
• Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting with 36 beds
• Occupational Therapy department
• Patient population consists of individuals recovering from severe injury or illness in an inpatient rehab setting
• EHR system: UDS
• No floating required
• Weekends on request

Requirements

• Active OT license required (license required if applicable)
• Minimum 2 years of OT experience required
• Inpatient rehabilitation hospital experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• RQI certifications are not accepted
• Flu and COVID vaccinations required — declinations are not accepted
• Social Security number required for consideration
• Date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients recovering from severe injuries and illnesses in an inpatient acute rehab environment
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Candidates must have a permanent address located more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
