Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week assignment at a 36-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital in El Paso, TX.
Details
- Day shift position, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 13-week travel contract
- Inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting with 36 beds
- Occupational Therapy department
- Patient population consists of individuals recovering from severe injury or illness in an inpatient rehab setting
- EHR system: UDS
- No floating required
- Weekends on request
Requirements
- Active OT license required (license required if applicable)
- Minimum 2 years of OT experience required
- Inpatient rehabilitation hospital experience required
- Current BLS certification required
- RQI certifications are not accepted
- Flu and COVID vaccinations required — declinations are not accepted
- Social Security number required for consideration
- Date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients recovering from severe injuries and illnesses in an inpatient acute rehab environment
- Navy blue scrubs required
- Candidates must have a permanent address located more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
- Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
- Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible
