Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week SNF and home health assignment, with supervisory responsibilities over PTAs and a productivity-driven schedule.

Details

Care settings include a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and home health (HH)
Supervises 2-3 PTAs across care settings
Productivity expectations are 80% efficiency at the SNF and 90% efficiency for home health
A therapy supervisor is available on-site at the SNF
Schedule is Monday–Friday, day shift (8-hour shifts), with occasional weekend availability as needed
EMR systems used are Nethealth (SNF) and HomeCare HomeBase (HH)

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
Current BLS certification required
Active PT license required if applicable
Experience in SNF and/or home health settings preferred
Familiarity with productivity-based therapy models preferred

Additional Information

New graduates are welcome to apply
Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility may be considered as local placements, which may affect pay rate eligibility
If facility-provided housing is used, local pay rates will apply
No on-call or call-back shifts available
