Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient-focused position requiring a minimum of 1 year of PT experience, with flexibility across outpatient and inpatient settings.

Details

• Primarily outpatient PT setting (80-90%), with 10-20% inpatient/swing bed coverage
• Average patient load of 10-13 patients per day
• Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekend shifts
• 13-week contract
• EMR: Epic (experience preferred)

Requirements

• MN Physical Therapist license required; pending license will be considered
• Minimum 1 year of PT outpatient and/or inpatient experience required
• BLS certification required (within one year of hire)
• Bachelor's degree or certificate from an accredited Physical Therapy program required
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred
• 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

• Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and implementing individualized treatment programs in accordance with physical therapy principles and practices
• Collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team
• Traveler is expected to be flexible with territory across care settings
• Local candidates are accepted at the travel rate

• All RTO requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration; no additional RTO will be accepted after an offer is extended
• Compliance documentation must be completed before the clinician can begin seeing patients, which may take 2-3 weeks
