Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR Circulator RN for a travel assignment in Granbury, TX, requiring 2+ years of OR experience and proficiency in robotics and multi-specialty surgical procedures.

Details

• Hospital-based Operating Room setting with 6 OR suites and 2 Endoscopy suites
• Surgical specialties include orthopedics, urology, GYN, general surgery, Robotic Xi, and endoscopy
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Day shift: Tuesday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:00 PM
• On-call required approximately 5–7 days per month
• No block scheduling
• No floating required
• Paper charting

Requirements

• Active TX RN license or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
• Experience in orthopedics, urology, GYN, general surgery, Robotic Xi, and endoscopy required
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

Additional Information

• Role functions as an OR Circulator across multiple surgical specialties
• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• RTO requests must be less than one week in duration; maximum of 3 days RTO per contract
• Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
• 13-week contract
