Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR Circulator RN for an urgent travel assignment in Granbury, TX, requiring 2+ years of OR experience and proficiency in robotics and multi-specialty procedures.

Details

• Day shift position, Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
• Operating room setting with 6 OR suites and 2 endoscopy rooms
• Specialties include orthopedics, urology, gynecology, general surgery, robotic surgery (da Vinci Xi), and endoscopy
• Patient ratio is 1:1
• On-call required approximately 5–7 days per month
• No block scheduling
• No floating required
• Paper charting is used — no EMR experience required
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active TX RN license or a Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (no certifications may expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start date)
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience required
• Experience in orthopedics, urology, GYN, general surgery, da Vinci Xi robotics, and endoscopy required
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Valid US driver's license required for consideration
• US SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be considered
• Candidates who have worked at any CHS facility as permanent staff within the past 2 years are not eligible for this position
• RTO requests must be less than one week; maximum of 3 days of RTO allowed per contract
