Description

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for an acute care hospital setting in the Bronx, NY, requiring 2+ years of experience and NMTCB certification.

Acute care hospital setting in a Nuclear Medicine unit
8-hour day shifts, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, five days per week with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break
35 paid hours per week
13-week contract

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
Current BLS (AHA) certification required
CNMT certification via NMTCB required
NYS Nuclear Medicine Technologist license required (license required if applicable)
Experience with Allscripts EMR preferred

Additional Information

Perform radionuclide procedures including exercise and pharmacological nuclear stress tests
Receive and prepare patients for nuclear imaging studies and complete all required documentation in the charting system
