Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg night shift position in Maine, requiring a minimum of 3 years of Med/Surg experience and active ME or Compact RN license.

Details

Hospital Medical-Surgical unit serving adult and orthopedic patients
Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hrs/week)
No call required
Every other weekend required
No block scheduling

Requirements

Active Maine (ME) or Compact RN license currently in hand
Current certifications: BLS/BCLS and ACLS
Minimum 3 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
Medical-Surgical background required; no other specialty experience will be considered
Telemetry experience preferred

Additional Information

The State of Maine mandates the flu vaccine — compliance is required for this position
13-week contract
