Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology Special Procedures position at an outpatient radiology center in Lawrenceville, GA, requiring a minimum of 2 years of IR experience and a GA or compact RN license.

Details

• Outpatient radiology setting performing CT Coronary exams
• Role involves regulating heart rates and administering medications including nitroglycerin as needed
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm (8-hour day shifts)
• Five 8-hour shifts per week
• 13-week contract
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active GA or Compact RN license required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience required
• Hands-on IR experience is mandatory for consideration
• Driver's License required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include performing CT Coronary exams, regulating patient heart rates, and administering medications including nitroglycerin
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Former permanent staff who have worked at this facility must have a 2-year break before returning as a traveler
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests made after an offer is extended will not be accepted
