Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN - Neonatal ICU for a 13-week night shift contract at a women's pavilion NICU caring for high-acuity neonates from 22 weeks gestation and beyond.

Details

• Works in a Neonatal ICU at a Women's Pavilion setting
• Cares for high-acuity neonates from 22 weeks gestation and greater
• Provides intensive care therapies including total body cooling, conventional ventilation up to High Frequency Oscillator Ventilation (HFOV), inhaled nitric oxide, vasopressor/sedation continuous IV drips, central line maintenance, and neonatal resuscitation
• Schedule is 12-hour night shifts (7p–7a), 3 shifts per week
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active RN license — Georgia or Compact state license required
• Current BLS and NRP certifications (AHA-issued, must not be expired)
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
• Driver's license required for consideration

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have taken at least a 2-year break from the facility
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront — requests cannot be made after an offer is accepted
