Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week travel contract in a hospital surgical setting, requiring at least 2 years of OR experience with expertise in Neuro and Ortho cases.

Details

• Hospital-based Operating Room (Surgery) setting
• Specializes in Neuro and Ortho surgical cases; robotics experience is also utilized
• 12-hour day shifts, Monday through Wednesday (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
• 3 shifts per week, 36 hours per week
• No on-call requirements

Requirements

• Active RN license — GA state or Compact license required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2 years of OR nursing experience required
• Expertise in Neuro and Ortho surgical cases required
• Robotics experience preferred; versatility across case types expected
• Driver's License required for consideration
• Last 4 digits of SSN, permanent address, email, and phone number required for consideration — permanent address must match Driver's License and RN license

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have taken a minimum 2-year break from the facility before being considered
• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
• AHA certifications submitted must not be expired
