Description

American Traveler is hiring an Echo Technologist / Cardiac Sonographer for a 13-week day shift contract in a hospital cardiology unit, requiring ARDMS registration and a minimum of 1 year of experience.

Details

Cardiology unit in an acute care hospital setting
Monday through Friday day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, 40 hours per week
On-call rotations required on nights and weekends
Weekend coverage is on-call only

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Echo Technologist
ARDMS registration or equivalent certification required
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross accepted)
DCI/BVP certification for Workplace Violence Prevention required (can be completed via Relias, Healthcare Staffing Hire, or a similar platform, or through the free CDC resource)
License required if applicable
DOB and SSN required for consideration
