Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Neuro/Surgical Telemetry Stepdown position requiring Epic proficiency and active TN or Compact RN licensure.

Details

Neuro/Surgical Telemetry Stepdown unit in a hospital setting
Night shift schedule: 3x12s, 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM
3 weekend shifts required per 4-week schedule
Floating may be required to other Med/Surg or Telemetry units or low-acuity ICU
No on-call responsibilities
Epic EMR used; recent experience required

Requirements

Active RN license — TN or Compact license required
Current certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing experience required
Epic experience within the last 12 months required
Travel nursing experience preferred
Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
Two professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

Must be willing to work Memorial Day
Local candidates are accepted
