Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Oncology RN for a day-shift travel contract requiring chemo certification and Epic proficiency.

Details

• Oncology unit in a hospital setting serving an adult patient population
• Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
• Weekend requirement: on-call one Saturday per month, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
• 13-week contract
• Epic EMR experience required
• Floating may be required
• Orientations are held bi-weekly

Requirements

• Active NC or Compact RN license currently in hand
• Current BLS certification required
• Oncology chemotherapy certification (ONS or ONCC) required and must be in hand
• Minimum 2 years of oncology RN experience preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered
• Epic EMR experience required
• One supervisory professional reference from within the last year required for consideration
• Full SSN and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Royal Blue or Galaxy Blue scrubs required
• Flu vaccine is mandatory with no exemptions or declinations accepted
• Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are eligible to apply but may be subject to a different pay rate
