Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Oncology RN for a day-shift travel contract requiring chemo certification and Epic proficiency.
Details
- Oncology unit in a hospital setting serving an adult patient population
- Day shift schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
- Weekend requirement: on-call one Saturday per month, 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
- 13-week contract
- Epic EMR experience required
- Floating may be required
- Orientations are held bi-weekly
Requirements
- Active NC or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Current BLS certification required
- Oncology chemotherapy certification (ONS or ONCC) required and must be in hand
- Minimum 2 years of oncology RN experience preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered
- Epic EMR experience required
- One supervisory professional reference from within the last year required for consideration
- Full SSN and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Royal Blue or Galaxy Blue scrubs required
- Flu vaccine is mandatory with no exemptions or declinations accepted
- Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are eligible to apply but may be subject to a different pay rate
