Description
American Traveler is hiring a Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment requiring cath lab experience and current ACLS/BLS certification.
Details
- Work in the Cardiac Cath Lab located on the 2nd floor of the South Tower
- Unit typically staffed with 3-4 team members per procedure room
- Day shift schedule of 4x10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM
- After-hours and weekend coverage provided through a rotational call schedule
- Equipment includes GE, Philips, and Siemens systems
- EMR system used is Merge
- May float to cath lab pre and post areas as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of recent cath lab experience required
- Current ACLS and BLS certification required
- License required if applicable
- Experience with EP, structural heart, and coronary procedures preferred
- Self-motivated with a team-focused approach
Additional Information
- Perform procedures related to EP, structural heart, and coronary interventions
- Participate in a rotational call schedule with existing staff for weekends and after-hours coverage
- Royal blue scrub attire required
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered
- No local candidates will be considered for this position
