Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist for an inpatient rehab assignment at an acute care facility in Napa, CA, requiring Epic proficiency and a valid CA state license.

Details

• Inpatient rehabilitation unit within an acute care hospital
• Average daily census of 10 patients
• Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts, 9:00am to 5:00pm
• One weekend day required per week
• Float between all facilities within the state may be required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of SLP experience required
• Valid California state SLP license required; pending CA license accepted
• CCC-SLP certification preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• BLS certification required
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will not be considered for this position
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must not reside within 50 miles of the facility
• RTO is limited to no more than 7 days for the duration of the assignment; all RTO requests must be disclosed upfront
• Grey scrubs required
• 13-week contract
