Description

American Traveler seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist with a Master's degree, CCC-SLP certification, and a minimum of 2 years of specialty experience for an outpatient rehab setting in Georgia.

Details

  • Outpatient rehabilitation setting
  • Serves an adult patient population in a medical setting
  • Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
  • No on-call requirements
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience within the specialty
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Valid Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license required if applicable
  • Current AHA BLS certification required
  • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and other government regulations
  • Driver's license required for consideration
  • Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

  • Prior experience working with adults in a medical setting is preferred but not required
  • AHA certifications submitted for consideration must not be expired
  • Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
  • Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break before being considered
