Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient contract, treating patients with acute and chronic neuro/musculo/skeletal injuries and conditions.

Details

Outpatient physical therapy setting within a rehabilitation department
Services include sports and orthopedic rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance therapy, and spinal therapy
Treats patients with acute and chronic injuries or limitations affecting physical mobility or functional independence
Day shift schedule, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, no weekends
Position requires travel to multiple points of care

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience required
Current, unencumbered Oregon PT license required (Oregon license required if applicable)
BLS (Healthcare Provider level) required
Ability to travel to multiple care locations

Additional Information

Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of patients experiencing declines in physical mobility or functional independence

Schedule was atrocious especially night shift. Significant amount of floating to the ER as helping hands or a sitter.
