American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Night Shift position in California, requiring an active CA RN license and a minimum of 1 year of RN experience.

Requirements

Active California RN license required
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
Current CPR certification required

Additional Information

Responsible for the full nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of resident care
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective resident care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes
Incorporates knowledge of resident age and cultural diversity into care delivery
Administers treatments and medications, interprets diagnostic tests, formulates plans of care, and provides resident and family education
Contributes to quality improvement initiatives with a focus on positive resident outcomes
No RTO (requested time off) will be approved unless noted in the offer at time of placement
