Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU travel contract at a general community hospital in Texas, with ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.

Details

• General ICU setting in a small, 5-bed unit
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Requirements

• Active TX RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Preferred certifications: PALS and TNCC
• Two supervisory references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration

Additional Information

• The facility conducts its own onsite drug screen upon arrival, which includes marijuana — a positive result will result in automatic cancellation with no exceptions; candidates should avoid any substances, including CBD products, that could produce a positive result
• Candidates must reside more than 110 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
• 13-week contract
