Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with home health experience for a 13-week travel contract in a home health setting.

Details

Home health setting, working out of the High Point location
Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
13-week contract

Requirements

Graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program approved by the APTA
Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience; home health or facility-based experience preferred
Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license required (license required if applicable)
Current CPR certification required
Two professional references required for consideration
Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
