Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position in Minnesota, requiring a minimum of 1 year of ICU experience and flexibility across all shifts including days, evenings, and nights.

Details

• Hospital ICU setting with potential floating to Med/Surg as needed
• Patient population includes ICU-level and general medical/surgical patients
• Shift options include Days (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), Evenings (3:00 PM–11:30 PM), and Nights (11:00 PM–7:30 AM); all shifts are 8 hours
• Schedule consists of 9 shifts per two-week pay period
• Shift assignment is based on facility scheduling needs
• Every other weekend required
• Floating may occur within the hospital or to nearby affiliate facilities

Requirements

• Active MN RN license required; pending license accepted
• Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS
• PALS certification preferred
• Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required
• IV start skills preferred
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Pre-start modules are required to be completed before the assignment begins
• Candidates who previously worked at this health system as permanent staff or per diem must have been gone for at least 3 months from their last shift to be eligible
• Requested time off (RTO) should ideally be no more than 5 days for the contract period
• 1 supervisor reference is required for consideration
