Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position at a Level II Trauma facility in Bend, OR, requiring Epic experience and 2 years of relevant experience.

Details

Progressive Care Unit (PCU) in a hospital setting
Level II Trauma facility
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Every other weekend required
Floating required within scope to Med/Tele, PCU, and ED Boarding to meet facility needs
13-week contract

Requirements

Active OR RN license required (no pending licenses accepted)
Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
Epic EMR experience required
Level II Trauma experience required
Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible — proof of address required
2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Additional Information

First-time travelers are welcome to apply
Local candidates are not accepted — candidates must live beyond a 75-mile radius of the facility
RTO is limited to a maximum of 7 days for the duration of the 13-week assignment — all time-off requests must be submitted upfront
