Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Home Health position in the Modesto area, with flexibility for new graduates and those without prior home health experience.

Details

Home health setting serving a primarily geriatric patient population
Monday through Friday schedule with occasional flexibility
Day shift, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
Weekly point expectation of 7-8 points
Charting performed in Perfect Notefield EMR

Requirements

Current PT license required if applicable
Minimum 1 year of PT experience preferred; new graduates will be considered
Prior home health experience is not required
2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration

Additional Information

Manager is highly supportive and willing to provide hands-on training, including training on Perfect Notefield
Open to first-time travelers and new graduates
Phone interview required
All RTO and scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial consideration
