Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring a minimum of 2 years of L&D experience, prior travel nursing experience, and an active Massachusetts RN license.

Details

Labor & Delivery unit in a hospital setting
12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
3 shifts per week
Block scheduling is not permitted
No on-call requirements
Must work every other major holiday
Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

Active Massachusetts RN license required; NURSYS verification report showing all licenses (past and present) must reflect an active current or conditional MA RN license
Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NRP
Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience required
Prior travel nursing experience required; first-time travelers will not be considered
Acute care experience required
Charge nurse capability highly preferred
Epic EMR experience required
2 recent references from L&D Charge RNs, Managers, or Supervisors required for consideration
Valid driver's license with address matching demographics required for consideration
Flu vaccine required during flu season

Additional Information

Candidates will be interviewed by the Clinical IVS team
Orientation is conducted bi-weekly
RTO requests must be submitted at time of application; RTO will not be accommodated after confirmation and is capped at 5 days
Any color scrubs are acceptable
Local candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible to apply; a local pay rate will apply
